Pricing and what is included
The money questions
Our Starter tier is $499 one-off for a 3 to 5 page website. Business is $1,499 for 6 to 10 pages with booking integration. Shop is $2,490 for a full online shop. All prices are in AUD including GST. Optional monthly care plans start at $39 per month.
Security updates, daily backups, speed monitoring and minor content edits such as updating your hours, swapping a photo or changing a price. Care plans run on a 12-month agreement with no cancellation fee. You can leave at any time and take your site with you.
No. The build price is all-inclusive. We handle all the technical setup, hosting setup and everything needed to get your site live. The only ongoing cost beyond the build is the optional care plan, which we recommend but do not require.
For the Business and Shop tiers, yes. Fifty percent is due to start and the remaining fifty percent on approval before the site goes live. The Starter tier is paid upfront given the low build cost.
Process and timing
How it actually works
We deliver a private preview link within 5 business days of your completed brief. Once you approve it, we handle everything and your site is live the same day. The most common delay is clients taking time to send through photos. If you are ready to go, so are we.
About 5 minutes to answer our AI-guided brief. Our team writes all the copy based on your answers and our knowledge of your industry. If you have photos of your work, team or premises, send them through as they always make a stronger impression. If you do not have photos, we will use high-quality images to start and swap them out later.
Starter includes 2 rounds of revisions. Business includes 3. Shop includes 4. A round means you send us a list of changes and we apply them all at once. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
Minor changes such as updating hours, swapping a photo or changing a price are covered in the monthly care plan. Larger changes like adding a new page or section are quoted separately depending on the scope.
Ownership and how we build
The important questions
Yes. You own your website outright from day one. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we will give you all the files and help with the transition. There is no lock-in and no penalty for leaving.
For most clients the easiest option is to send us the change and we handle it within the week as part of the care plan. If you have more significant updates in mind, we can discuss the best way to handle those when we set your site up.
Every site we build includes on-page SEO, proper heading structure, fast load speed and a sitemap submitted to search engines. This gives you a solid foundation. Ranking for competitive searches takes time and ongoing content, which we can advise on separately.
AI generates a first draft based on your specific brief answers. Our team then reviews, rewrites and polishes every page before you see it. It will not read like a template. If you have your own copy you would like to use, we will use it.
Yes. We are based at Stone and Chalk Adelaide and operated by Baseline AI Pty Ltd. We are not an overseas agency or a reseller fronting as local. Same time zone, same accountability.
