How long does it take?+
Most Starter sites are live within 5 business days of your brief. Larger sites with bookings or a shop can take a little longer. We confirm timing with you up front.
What do I need to provide?+
Just the basics about your business and any photos or logo you already have. The 5 minute brief walks you through it. If you do not have copy or images, we can write and source them for you.
What does the monthly care plan cover?+
The care plan keeps your site hosted, secure, backed up daily and up to date, and includes small monthly tweaks. It is included with every site so you never have to think about the technical side. There is no fixed lock-in term, and you own your site outright from day one.
Do I own my website?+
Yes. Once your design fee is paid, the site is yours. No hostage situations and no surprise fees to take it elsewhere.
Can you write the content for me?+
Absolutely. Industry specific copy is included in every plan. If you have your own words we will happily polish them, and if you do not, we will write them for you.
Are you really based in Adelaide?+
Yes. We are South Australian owned and based in Adelaide. When you email, you reach real people here, not an overseas call centre.
What if I need changes after it goes live?+
Small tweaks are included each month on the care plan. Bigger changes are quoted up front at a fair rate. Either way you are never stuck waiting weeks for a simple update.
